His technical expertise spans lithium-ion batteries, EV charging systems, fuel-cell technologies, internal combustion engines, transmissions, HVAC systems, and vehicle body structures. A hands-on electro-mechanical engineer at heart, Deep is passionate about building smart, intuitive, and sustainable technologies that improve everyday life.

Throughout his career, he has led high-performing engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that blend performance with environmental responsibility. His work has resulted in two granted patents for the secondary use of EV batteries in grid frequency regulation, with another patent pending for lithium-ion prismatic cell manufacturing technology.

Deep holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Systems from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA with Welch Scholar distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute. His MBA capstone project explored the viability of hydrogen-powered commercial vessels on trans-Pacific shipping routes, reinforcing his commitment to sustainable innovation in global transportation.

As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Elemental Eco, Deep leads the design and deployment of smart, cost-effective hybrid energy systems for both land and maritime applications. Jeremy has over 21 years of project management, commercial, sales, and business development experience, with eighteen years in the offshore energy sector. Throughout Jeremy’s career, he has utilized his coaching and development skillset to bring teams together across diverse backgrounds. By bridging the gap between various skillsets and personality types, Jeremy has been able to bring several multimillion-dollar projects to fruition, overcoming many arduous obstacles in an extremely dynamic environment.

Jeremy brings to the team years of vessel chartering, sub-contracting, remote sensing, and AUV-ASV experience, in addition to commercial processes, business development, and capture strategy.
